1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using K-Destiny ("the Service"), operated by K-Destiny Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

2. Description of Service

K-Destiny is a digital SaaS platform that provides AI-generated Eastern astrology (Saju) readings, cosmic energy analyses, and personalized destiny reports. The Service uses artificial intelligence and traditional Eastern astrology frameworks to generate content based on user-provided birth data.

3. Entertainment Purposes Disclaimer

All readings, analyses, predictions, and reports provided by K-Destiny are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They should not be considered as professional advice — including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. You acknowledge that the Service's content is generated by AI based on traditional astrology frameworks and should not be used as a substitute for professional consultation. K-Destiny makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or applicability of any reading or prediction.

4. Digital Goods and No Refund Policy

K-Destiny offers digital products and services, including but not limited to Premium Destiny Blueprints, Premium Chat consultations, and subscription access. Due to the nature of digital goods, services are provided immediately upon payment, and therefore refunds are not possible after payment.

• By completing a purchase, you acknowledge you are buying access to digital content that is delivered immediately and you agree that refunds are not available.
• By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying access to instantly delivered digital content and waive any right to a cooling-off period or refund.
• In cases of technical failure where content was paid for but not delivered, we will either redeliver the content or issue a full refund at our discretion.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith may result in permanent account suspension.

5. User Accounts & Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account, use the Service unlawfully, reverse-engineer it, use bots, or resell content without our written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, AI-generated texts, and software on the Service are protected by international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, K-DESTINY INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

10. Data Retention Post-Expiration

Even if your premium subscription expires, your basic account information (such as your Saju profile) will be retained for 1 year. After 1 year, all personal information will be completely deleted. During this 1-year period, you may log in to view your basic information; however, access to premium features will be restricted to the free tier level.
